The STANLEY Influencer Program is an exclusive group of internal subject matter experts who contribute ideas, expertise and content to bolster the STANLEY Security brand, while building their own status as a thought leader in the industry.

I created this insourcing program and strategy when I served as content marketing specialist and content marketing manager of STANLEY Security. In a blog post, I explain more about why this program became my secret to content marketing success at STANLEY, but below is a summary.

This group fuels the company’s “content engine” and contributes blogs, participates in media interviews, authors trade articles, shares expertise for the Industry Trends Report and more.

The program alleviates the burden of content creation falling on one person and, instead, allows us to leverage the knowledge and expertise of subject matter experts across the organization.

With the STANLEY Influencer Program, we have a dedicated group of experts on whom we can rely for strategic content and media opportunities.

During the first six months of the program’s launch, more than 20 experts across the organization joined the STANLEY Influencer Program, contributing blog content and authoring more than a dozen trade articles. One Influencer’s interview comments were even featured in Forbes.
