2021 SAMMY Award | Best Content Marketing

STANLEY Security’s 2021 Industry Trends Report won an award for “Best Content Marketing” from the trade publication, Security Sales & Integration.

For the second year, I championed the development of this report, driving the strategy and writing all of the content. I collaborated with a team of more than a dozen marketers to ensure the piece could be leveraged globally as part of our lead generation efforts.

The report – which was published in seven languages and deployed across eight countries – includes exclusive survey data of more than 2,400 business decision-makers across the globe, as well as insights from global security leaders across STANLEY. These leaders represented eight countries: Denmark, Finland, France, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States.

In its entirety, the report paints a picture of the state of the industry, and what organizations need to know to prepare for the future.

Additionally, we won Best Overall Integrated Marketing Program (Large Company) for the second year in a row and the coveted Integrated Installation of the Year award. Notably, we won awards for every category we entered.

Top Performer – Peer Star Award | STANLEY Security

In April 2021, I earned a top performer award at STANLEY Security for my content strategy in 2020, which led to a 50% increase in organic web traffic year-over-year and a 65% increase in marketing-qualified leads. Additionally, my efforts increased the company’s share of voice 23% year-over-year.

Every year, Security Sales & Integration (SSI) holds a Sales & Marketing (“SAMMY”) Awards contest to recognize companies in the security industry. We entered STANLEY Security for several categories and earned the award for Best Overall Integrated Marketing Program.

Our entry focused on three key components to our marketing program:

  • New content marketing strategy
  • Transformed tradeshow strategy
  • Updated website design

Conductor Searchie | Runner-Up for Content Powerhouse

A colleague of mine nominated my work at STANLEY Security for the 2020 “Content Powerhouse” Searchie Award – an awards contest that recognizes outstanding marketers across various industries for their great achievements and innovation in organic marketing. I earned runner-up for this award, trailing behind AARP.

Featured in Conductor C3 Conference

Although we didn’t win a Searchie Award for Content Powerhouse, we did win the “Most Innovative” award for extraordinary creativity in digital marketing. We were also asked to speak at the Conductor C3 Virtual Conference on our incredible work during the COVID-19 pandemic.
